Health Guarantee

Any puppy leaving Spring Country Kennel will be healthy, been checked by our vet and issued a health certificate before leaving.  Once a puppy leaves our care, we have no control over changes in diet, care, environment, vaccinations, medications, or abuse.  Therefore we cannot be responsible if the puppy develops a cold, diarrhea, watery eyes, etc.   We take every precaution to insure the safety of all our animals, and expect them to be well taken care of when they leave us.

We require that you take your puppy to your local veterinarian for a general check up within 72 hours of arrival.  This ensures that the puppy made it to you in good health.  We will need a copy of the exam report returned to us for our records.

We try our very best to breed and sell only top quality puppies, however, no breeder can predict or control the course of nature 100% of the time.

All puppies are guaranteed against life threatening hereditary or genetic defects for one year. If the condition can be treated, it is NOT considered life threatening.  If a puppy/dog develops a life threatening hereditary or genetic defect and it is documented by a licensed veterinarian and confirmed by one of our veterinarians or veterinarian of our choice we will replace that puppy/dog with another puppy of equal value. The affected puppy/dog must be returned with all  registration and veterinary documentation at buyers expense.

*We do not warrant against Parvo or any other contagious disease because we can't control what the puppy is exposed to once it leaves our care.

Your puppy has been on a vaccination and de-worming schedule here.  Please take the New Puppy Information Sheet that we provide to your veterinarian so they can continue as needed.  It is very important to continue the vaccination and worming schedule for your puppy.
